East Coast Divers closing Framingham Location
I just recieved the news from Paul Adler at East Coast Divers that he will be closing the Framingham location, and consolidating everything into the Brookline store. Here is the email:

East Coast Divers is consolidating our two locations into the Brookline store. Due to increases in rent and my increasing old age (I ain't getting any younger!), the time has come for a chance to relax a little; therefore, I have come to the decision to combine my operations to the Brookline location.

I know for some of you this may seem like a sad time and I am sorry if it means you have to travel a little further, but I am looking forward to continuing to help you with your diving needs. Classroom sessions will be conducted at Brookline with pool work continuing at both the Bosse Club and the Boston University pool.

East Coast Divers will be continuing Club Aquarius with a meeting in February. In addition we will continue to offer you our extensive travel vacation opportunities. (There are still a few available spaces on our Roatan and Philippines group trips. You can call me at 617-277-2216 or email paul@ecdivers.com for details.) Debie, as you know, has moved her part of the operation to Wayland Travel where she can be reached Monday through Friday, 9:00am- 5:30pm at 508-653-4600 or debie@waylandtravel.com.

The Framingham store will be open 10:00am-7:00pm Monday through Friday and be closing Saturday December 30th. The Brookline store will continue it's regular hours, 10:00am-7:00pm Monday through Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm Saturdays and closed Sundays. I will be at Brookline full time beginning January 2nd to help with any of your diving needs.

Again, this is great news as far as I'm concerned -a lot less stress!
Hope to see you soon.

Happy Holidays and Good Diving,
Paul Adler

This is just the latest in a string of several dive shops closing or consolidating locations. Be Sure to support your local dive shop!

The new NEADC logo hats and shirts were a big hit at the Holiday party! There were some 35th anniversary items left over after the party, and they'll be available for sale at the general meeting. Shirts are $25, and hats are $15. Photos coming soon!
