Duck Island, our destination at Isles of Shoals. Zoom in on this photo: the rock is stuffed full of lounging seals

Looking in a crevice, with light entering from the other side where it exits. Fish love these hideaway spots

Cunners were everywhere

A Harbor Seal says hello. Both Gray and Harbor Seals were swimming around constantly. Harbor Seals are smaller and their noses are shorter than Gray Seals.

Whaleback Light off New Castle - the walls are made of granite that is 5 foot thick! http://www.lighthouse.cc/whaleback/history.html
