Canoe Beach Shore Dive

Shore Dive Report from Mike MacDonald: Canoe Beach in Nahant, MA. It was a cold and rainy day but I managed to convince my friend Lewis Evans that he needed to join me on a quick shore dive. It was dead low tide when we arrived at Canoe Beach, the parking lot is finally clear of snow making for a very easy shore dive compared to some of the dive sites in Cape Ann.

Not too much life out there in Nahant right now but we did have about ~30ft visibility and manged to explore the chimneys a little bit before heading back to shore. Lewis' dump valve was leaking slightly so we cut the dive a little short

Max depth: 26ft. Time: 31 minutes. Water temp: 33f degrees Visibilty: 25-30ft
